4th Nov


Dessert - Chad made a butterfly of white chocolate on top of crunched peanuts, caramel and dark chocolate, together with passionfruit. Yummy!

Last night, my mom took us to Tango where we ate one of the best dinners ever. I've been working there for one and a half year now in addition to Acne, but I've never dined inside the restaurant, so this was a really nice experience. Since they all know me so well (I LOVE Port, and Sherry), we had a glass of Passiato di Pantelleria after dinner, it was so amazing in taste, I can't even describe it because it wouldn't do it justice at all.
